Ever consider using mulch? Put down landscape fabric and a 2" layer of mulch over that and you'll not only save the moisture you will cut down on errosion and block most weeds. Once you get this accomplished you will have more time to play, and that's a good thing. I'll be delivering the mulch from Black Forest this saturday July 19th from 7am to 4pm.
